Traffic Congestion and Road Closure: Main St. 
Main St. Belleville Trick or Treating Event:
On Halloween evening, (10/31/2022) between the hours of 5PM and 7PM, Main St. downtown Belleville will be closed to all vehicular traffic.
Road closure should begin approx. 30-40 minutes prior to event beginning. Please seek alternate route and expect heavy pedestrian traffic in the area. Vehicles will not be permitted to cross Main St. and there will be no parking on Main St. during the event.
