On October 27, 2022 at 2:49 AM, Middleton officers were dispatched to an alarm at Scooter’s Coffee located at 6401 University Avenue.  The first arriving officer observed a male climbing out of the drive-thru window before fleeing on foot.  Several broken windows were subsequently discovered at the business, along with other substantial property damage caused by the suspect.  

After additional officers arrived, the suspect was located a short distance away and was taken into custody.  He was identified as 𝗜𝗹𝘆𝗮 𝗦. 𝗩𝗶𝗻𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗼𝘃, 𝟯𝟲, 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗶𝗱𝗱𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗼𝗻.  Vinogradov had fresh cuts on his hands consistent with the burglary, and property from the business was discovered near where he was located.  

Vinogradov was booked into the Dane County Jail on charges of burglary, damage to property, resisting/obstructing an officer, and theft.
