Greenwood Police Department has an important message for the community! For nearly 40 years, the Greenwood Police Department and the community have partnered up to help families in need at Christmas time. We want to make sure that every Greenwood child has a gift or two to open Christmas morning.
We will be accepting donations and new unwrapped toys for Operation Santa Claus. Checks should be made out to Town of Greenwood and Op. Santa Claus on the memo line.
If you know of children 12 & younger who either live in Greenwood or their parents work in Greenwood and they need a little help this year, please come by GPD during business hours and fill out a nomination form.
REMINDER: Children must be 12 & Younger and Parents must live or work in Greenwood. We're a small community and unfortunately must have some restrictions and cutoffs.
