The Gloucester Township Police Citizens Police Academy IS BACK! Learn more about your Police Department and the people behind the badge during our FREE 14 week course for any Gloucester Township resident 16 years of age or older- fill out your application today!
The course begins January 19, 2023, and the classes will be on Thursday evenings from 6:30 PM to approximately 8:30 PM. The course will include an overview of the Police Department and the Administration, Police Communications, Special Operations, Criminal Investigations, Traffic Safety, K9, Special Response Team, Crime Scene Unit and much more. Also, all attendees of the GTPD Citizen Police Academy will be trained in the use of CPR for the home. This is also the first step as a community partner and those who may be interested in becoming a Gloucester Township Police Volunteer.
