Reminder: Provide feedback on development concepts for the Washington St. CVS site
There is still time to take the survey and provide input on potential development scenarios for the Washington Street CVS site.
The City held a public outreach session on Oct. 20 for the community to provide feedback on redevelopment concepts and design features for the Washington - Observer Gateway site, which includes the CVS building and adjacent parking lot. More than 80 people participated in the event by voting on their preferred design features, including an open-air pedestrian walkway connecting Hudson Street and Washington Street, ground floor commercial space, and a performing arts center.
Residents who were unable to attend can still provide input through an online survey, which is scheduled to close on Thursday, Nov. 3, at 6 p.m.

Hoboken Business Alliance launches St. Patrick's Day Parade survey
The Hoboken Business Alliance is considering a proposal to reinstitute a family-friendly St. Patrick’s Day Parade, to replace the current unsanctioned bar crawl that has previously taken place on the first Saturday of March.
To gain public input into this proposal, the HBA today launched an online public survey for members of the Hoboken community.
