November Utility Bill Update

UPDATE -- due to the error in the billing software in July, the billing cycle for November included 45 days. Credits similar to those given last month to compensate the extra days are being applied to this bill. According to the vendor, the December bill should return to normal with a 30 day billing cyle. Questions should be directed to the Utility Office.

September billing was for minimum usage due to an error in the billing software. This error resulted in billing from the 1st of July to the 1st of August instead of the 1st of July to the 31st of July. So the readings from the 1st of August were already applied to a bill so it sent a 0 reading for everyone. This caused the billing to revert back one month resulting in readings for a month and a half. 

Payments have been credited back for the September bill. In order for billing to return to normal, this will have to be made up on the next bill. (paying for 90 days within a 60 day period, based on actual usage.)
