The Oakland Police Department (OPD) is teaming up with the U.S. Marshals to address gun violence. OPD officers and our federal partners will make arrests of individuals connected to homicides and shootings.
The collaboration is part of Chief LeRonne Armstrong’s crime plan announced in September.
