Winter Water Schedule effective November 1 
Effective November 1st the City of Ripon Outdoor Watering Schedule will operate on the Winter Schedule that runs from November 1st to February 28th.
Odd Addresses: Water on Sunday before 10:00 AM or after 6:00 PM.
Even Addresses: Water on Saturday before 10:00 AM or after 6:00 PM.
Penalties :
- If residents do not follow the prescribed watering conservation measures, a penalty will be assessed after the first written warning.
- First violation within one year period $50
- Second violation within a one year period $100
- Third violation within a one year period $200
- Any additional violation within a one year period $400
