Winter Storm Watch until 05:00AM Tuesday

* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Possible total snow accumulations of 2 to 6 inches for the valleys and 12 to 24 inches for the mountains.

* WHERE...Portions of eastern, north central, northeast and south central Nevada.

* WHEN...From late Sunday night through late Monday night.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...This system will be fairly slow moving with snow accumulations possibly extending into Tuesday. For this time of year the amount of snowfall is considerable and can produce greater impacts than what the potential snow amounts suggest as people are still preparing for winter.
