MEMORIAL OBSERVANCE OF BORDERLINE BAR & GRILL SHOOTING
November 7, 2022, marks the anniversary of the Borderline Bar & Grill shooting, where 12 lives were taken to include Ventura County Sheriff’s Sergeant Ron Helus who was killed in the line of duty.
In honor of the Borderline Bar & Grill shooting observance. Give an Hour, a national nonprofit that specializes in mental health and emotional wellness, in partnership with the Ventura County District Attorney’s Office, and the Ventura County Family Justice Center, invites families, survivors, first responders, and community members to gather on Monday, November 7, 2022, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Borderline Healing Garden at Conejo Creek North Park in Thousand Oaks.
