* WHAT..Rain to snow change over is expected. Total snow
accumulations of 1 to 3 inches are possible. A few locations
could see locally higher amounts.
* WHERE...Portions of Central and South Central Kansas.
* WHEN...From 8 PM this evening to 7 AM CDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Snow could be heavy at times with snowfall rates of
1 inch per hour or higher possible. This would allow snow to
quickly accumulate on roadways and create hazardous travel
conditions.
