Sheriff’s Homicide Investigators are continuing their investigation into the circumstances surrounding the death investigation of a male adult. 

Lancaster station deputies responded to the 42500 block of Valley Vista Drive in the city of Lancaster regarding a rescue responding call on Saturday, November 5, 2022 at approximately 11:00 a.m. 

The informant in the call (house sitter) stated she found a male unresponsive in the bath tub. She was advised by the dispatcher to begin cardio pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) prior to the deputies arrival. 

Shortly after the deputies arrived, Fire department personnel arrived and pronounced the male deceased at the scene. 

Identity is not being confirmed at this time pending net of kin notifications.

Los Angeles County Sheriff's Homicide investigators are responding to a death investigation. The incident was reported Saturday, November 5, 2022, at approximately 11:00 a.m., on the 42500 block of Valley Vista Drive in the city of Lancaster.
 
The victim was pronounced deceased at the location.
