Watch Commander’s Day Report - November 5, 2022 
1. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (1116) 3400 Block of Manthey Road, Seaport District
The female victim, 28, was in an altercation with the suspect in the parking lot. The suspect got out of her car and shot at the victim only hitting her car. SUSPECT: Black female adult.
2. Resisting Arrest (1300) 300 Block of North Union Street, Park District
Officers responded to a residence in the listed area on a report of a violation of a restraining order. Officers contacted the suspect who ignored officer’s commands and attempted to pull away. The suspect was brought to the ground and taken into custody. ARRESTED: Josef Baker, 39, for violation of a restraining order and resisting arrest.
