With winter rapidly approaching we wanted to update everyone on some recent activity within our department.  Stolen vehicles continue to be an issue throughout the state and the criminals specifically target affluent communities and high-end vehicles.  It is important to remain vigilant and LOCK your vehicles and remove the key fobs.  These are simply crimes of opportunity and when we become negligent by leaving the cars unlocked with the keys inside we invite a criminal element into our communities.  The people committing these crimes have no regard for you, your family, and certainly not law enforcement. Please help us help you by locking your cars and homes and reporting any suspicious activity right away.
