Full Notification

On November 6, 2022 at approximately 1:10 PM, a female juvenile was on Carlson Boulevard south of Central Avenue. A red van stopped next to the female and the driver of the van asked the juvenile a question. The driver, and only occupant, then showed the juvenile his genitals. The suspect was described as an older white male, possibly in his 60s. He was balding and wore a t-shirt and dark sunglasses.
