1. Robbery (Delayed) 400 Block of North Wilson Way, Civic District
On 11/06/22 at 2200 hours, the male victim, 24, was at the listed area when he offered to help the suspects.  The suspects assaulted him and took his property. One suspect pulled out a sharp object and chased the victim, but he was able to get free. SUSPECTS: A White male adult and Black male adult.
 
2. Resisting Arrest (0740) 3700 Block of Zeppelin Lane, Valley Oak District
Officers responded to a residence in the area on a disturbance. When officers arrived the suspect came outside with a firearm and refused commands. After a lengthy standoff officers were required to use force to take the suspect into custody. The suspect also had to be restrained when being treated at a local hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. ARRESTED: Lewis Fournier 36, for resisting arrest and public intoxication.
