* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong southerly winds associated with strengthening surface low expected to approach the coastline. Strongest gusts will occur at higher elevations.
