Sand bag operations to open ahead of Subtropical Storm Nicole 
Due to potential heavy rains from Subtropical Storm Nicole, the City of New Port Richey will open sand bag operations today through 4:00PM. This service is for City of New Port Richey residents only.
Sand and sandbags available located at the City of NPR Fleet Warehouse in front of 6420 Pine Hill Rd.
Residents must show proof of City residency and bring their own shovel, as this is a self-service station.
