1. Resisting Arrest (0855) El Dorado Street and Rose Street, Civic District
An officer observed the suspect assault the male victim, 49, and intervened. The suspect ignored the officer’s command to stop and attempted to walk away. The suspect became combative, so the officer deployed his taser to take the suspect into custody. ARRESTED: Andre Lindsey, 53, for battery and resisting arrest.
