Wilmington Police have arrested a man on drug charges.

On November 3 at approximately 2:56 p.m., members of the Drug, Organized Crime, and Vice Division were in the 900 block of East 17^th Street when they observed 29-year-old Rashad Walker engaged in drug activity.  Police made contact with Walker, and following a brief investigation, recovered 12.6 grams of cocaine, and 18 Oxycodone pills.  Police took Walker into custody without incident.

Walker was charged with the following offenses:

• Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver in Tier 2 Quantity
• Possession of a Controlled Substance in Tier 2 Quantity
