Garbage and Recycle Update
Wastepro will resume regular garbage removal services tomorrow, Friday, November 11, 2022. On Monday, November 14, 2022, wastepro will perform double pick-ups for those that were missed today due to Tropical Storm Nicole.
Free Debris Drop Off For Seminole County Residents
A free temporary debris drop off site will be available for residents in the Overflow Parking Lot at Boombah Sports Complex. (3450 E. Lake Mary Blvd., Sanford )
Open daily for a limited time, beginning Friday, November 11. Operations will be demand based. Hours: 7:30a.m.-5:30p.m.
Only unbagged vegetative debris is accepted; no plastic bags or construction & demolition debris. Residents only, proof of residency is required. No landscapers, junk haulers or other commercial entities permitted.
FEES WAIVED
Fees are waived for residential drop off of vegetative and construction & demolition debris at the Seminole County Landfill through close of business Friday, November 11. Regular rates for debris drop off apply November 12 and later.

- Proof of Seminole County residency is required. Fee waivers are not applicable to landscapers, junk haulers or other commercial entities. Fee waivers are not applicable at the Central Transfer Station.
