BHPD arrested burglary suspects in the 400 block of North Beverly Drive. At approximately 2pm, BHPD Dispatch received a radio call from Neiman Marcus store security advising that suspicious individuals were tampering with vehicles in the parking lot. Store security further advised that the suspects entered a vehicle and left the area.

Camera operators from the Real Time Watch Center quickly gained visual via CCTV of the suspect vehicle and the direction of travel. Members from the Crime Impact Team (CIT) and camera operators maintained visual of the suspect vehicle as they entered the parking structure on the 9500 block of Brighton Way. Throughout this incident, the drone operator maintained visual of the suspect vehicle. The suspect vehicle was seen exiting the parking structure and entering another parking structure, and several criminal violations were observed. 

BHPD patrol units, while assisted by the drone, CCTV operators, and CIT personnel safely detained the individuals involved. The suspects have been placed into custody. This will be the final update.
