1. Robbery (2302) 2600 Block of West march Lane, Lakeview District
The female victim, 34, was working at an area business. The suspect was unhappy with the service and attempted to leave without paying. The victim attempted to stop the suspect at the door and was assaulted by the suspect. Responding officers conducted follow-up and located the suspect and arrested her without incident. ARRESTED: Darrkiesha Utsey, 36, for robbery.
2. Weapon Arrest (2351) Lever Boulevard and Verstl Way, Seaport District
Officers conducted a traffic stop at the listed location and arrested the driver for possession of a loaded firearm. ARRESTED: Brian Malvar, 27, for weapons charges.
3. Assault With A Deadly Weapon (0227) Cherbourg Way and Courtney Way, Valley Oak District
Officers attempted to stop a vehicle for a traffic violation. The suspect failed to yield, leading officers on a short pursuit. During the pursuit the suspect vehicle became disabled. The suspect used his vehicle to strike two police vehicles before being taken into custody. No injuries were sustained to the officers or suspect. ARRESTED: John Ruiz, 22, for evading and assault with a deadly weapon on an officer.
