Elite Fugitive Unit captures dangerous domestic violence suspect Chief Levon Allen
On November 11,2022, The Clayton County Police responded to the area of Tara Boulevard in reference to a domestic disturbance.
During the investigation it was determined the suspect held the victim at gun point and threatened to kill her in front of her kids while forcing her into a 2008 Buick Enclave
Fearing for her life trying to escape the victim subsequently jumped from the vehicle while it was in motion which led to victim receiving a broken ankle.
The accused then fled the scene in the victims vehicle.
Once The Clayton County Sheriff’s Office received the 7 warrants
Chief Deputy LeVon Allen activated the Elite Fugitive Squad to begin the Hunt.
Earlier today The Fugitive Squad tracked Joseph Lee down to The Home Stay Suites and cut off all avenues of escape.
Lee knew his time was up and wisely surrendered to The Fugitive Squad
without incident.
Joseph Lee was booked into the Clayton County Jail on the below warrants
1. Aggravated assault(family violence)
2. Entering auto with intent to commit theft
3. Interference with custody
4. Terroristic threats
5. Simple battery
6. Kidnapping
7. Cruelty to children
