* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations of up to one inch and ice accumulations of around one tenth of an inch.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest North Carolina, southwest and west central Virginia and southeast West Virginia.

* WHEN...From 5 AM to 5 PM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Most roads will remain well above freezing, but use extra caution on bridges, overpasses, and walkways which may freeze faster.
