INCIDENT: Fatal Traffic Collision
LOCATION: Adobe Road / Two Mile Road, Twentynine Palms
VICTIM(S): Timothy Lower, 58-year-old male resident of Bloomington, Ca
SUMMARY: On Saturday, November 12, 2022, at 2:42 p.m., deputies responded to a single vehicle collision near the intersection of Adobe Road and Two Mile Road in Twentynine Palms. During the investigation, deputies determined Timothy Lower, lost control of his off-road motorcycle as he turned left onto Adobe Road, from Two Mile Road. Lower's motorcycle struck a curb, which caused Lower, who was not wearing a helmet, to fall off the motorcycle. He sustained major injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
