The Seminole County Sheriff’s Office had received a 911 call regarding a shooting that occurred at that location. Upon arrival, deputies located Russell “Rusty” Bolen, 33 years old, deceased at the scene. An additional individual, Robie Watters, 52 years old, had also been shot, and was transported from the scene. Daniel Sisco, 46 years old, reported Bolen and Watters pointed firearms at him, and he shot at them, striking both of them. OSBI agents responded to the scene, interviewed individuals, and conducted a thorough crime scene investigation.
