On Tuesday November 15th at 9:18 PM, APD officers were called to a residence in the 1600 block of north Highland on a deceased male. Jose Manuel Ibarra, 41-year-old male, died at the scene from an apparent homicide. The Amarillo Police Department Homicide Unit is investigating. No arrests have been made.
