SUMMARY: On Thursday, November 17, 2022, at approximately 8:52 A.M., deputies with the Chino Hills Police Station responded to the area of Peyton Drive and Olympic View Drive in Chino Hills regarding a traffic collision. Deputies learned the vehicle driven by the victim, who was the sole occupant, collided into the rear of a Safe USA Highway Improvement flat bed truck. The victim, identified as Ashley Perez, was pronounced deceased at the scene by Chino Valley Fire Department.
