Please take note of the upcoming emergency no parking restrictions listed below. Vehicles in violations are subject to ticketing and/or tow.

Beginning on Saturday, November 19th at 7:00 a.m. until Friday, December 9th at 5:00 p.m., parking will be restricted on the east side of New Scotland Avenue four spaces north of Holland Avenue for service vehicles. 

Beginning on Sunday, November 20th at 7:00 a.m. until Monday, November 21st at 6:00 p.m., parking will be restricted on the north side of State Street near 355 State Street for a dumpster. 

Beginning on Sunday, November 20th at 9:00 a.m. until Tuesday, November 22nd at 5:00 p.m., parking will be restricted on Pine and Lodge Streets near the Hilton Hotel for buses. 

On Monday, November 21st from 6:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m., parking will be restricted on both sides of Grand Street from Market Street to Hamilton Street for an event. 

Beginning on Monday, November 21st at 7:00 a.m. until Wednesday, November 23rd at 5:00 p.m., parking will be restricted on the south side of Washington Avenue from 288 Washington Avenue to Henry Johnson Boulevard and the south side of Washington Avenue from Robin Street to Lexington Avenue for a gas install. 

Beginning on Monday, November 21st at 7:00 a.m. until Wednesday, November 23rd at 5:00 p.m., parking will be restricted on both sides of Washington Avenue from 441-451 Washington Avenue for service vehicles. 

Beginning on Monday, November 21st at 6:00 a.m. until Wednesday, November 23rd at 12:00 p.m., parking will be restricted on the west side of North Pearl Street from 206-236 North Pearl Street for a city project. 

Beginning on Monday, November 21st at 7:00 a.m. until Friday, November 25th at 6:00 p.m., parking will be restricted on the south side of Elm Street near 196 Elm Street for service vehicles. 

Beginning on Monday, November 21st at 8:00 a.m. until Friday, December 9th at 6:00 p.m., parking will be restricted on the west side of South Swan Street four spaces both north and south of Hamilton Street for traffic safety. 

Beginning on Monday, November 21st at 7:00 a.m. until Friday, November 16th at 5:00 p.m., parking will be restricted on the east side of West Lawrence Street near 277 West Lawrence Street for service vehicles. 

On Tuesday, November 22nd from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., parking will be restricted on the north side of Madison Avenue from Clinton Street to Grand Street and the south side of Morton Avenue from Clinton Street west six spaces for a funeral. 

On Tuesday, November 22nd from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., parking will be restricted on the south side of Elk Street near 55 Elk Street for a lift. 

Beginning on Tuesday, November 22nd at 8:00 a.m. until Wednesday, November 23rd at 5:00 p.m., parking will be restricted on the north side of Catherine Street near 71 Catherine Street for service vehicles. 

Beginning on Tuesday, November 22nd at 7:00 a.m. until Wednesday, November 23rd at 5:00 p.m., parking will be restricted on the north side of  West Street from 45 West Street to Quail Street for service vehicles. 

On Wednesday, November 23rd from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., parking will be restricted on the west side of Lark Street near 219 Lark Street for a move.
