OPD Needs Help Locating Vehicle Linked to Possible Kidnapping
The Oakland Police Department (OPD) is investigating a possible domestic violence related kidnapping that occurred on November 18, 2022, just before 5:30 PM, in the area of Harrison Street and Pearl Street.
Witnesses reported an adult female in a physical struggle with another adult female. Both females ultimately entered the same vehicle and fled the area prior to police arrival.
The vehicle is described as an older gray, 4-door Honda, with a rear paper plate of 50089342.
A Special Victims Section Call-Out was activated and investigators responded for a follow up investigation.
