An accident has occurred on Highway 278 at Spanish Wells Road, on Hilton Head Island. The far left lane of Highway 278, and the left turn lane going onto Wild Horse Road are blocked. Motorists are advised to use caution and should expect a short delay. Thank you for your patience & cooperation.
