Wilmington Police arrest Philadelphia man on gun, drug charges: 
Wilmington Police have arrested a Philadelphia man on gun and drug charges.
On November 18 at approximately 2:57 p.m., members of the Street Crimes Unit were in the 100 block of Harrison Street when they observed a vehicle parked blocking a fire hydrant. Officers made contact with the driver, 28-year-old Michael Kinlaw, who was found to be in possession of 23.6 grams of marijuana, a loaded .40-caliber handgun and an extended magazine.
Kinlaw was taken into custody without incident and has been charged with the following offenses in addition to the traffic violation:
- Possession of a Firearm by a Person Prohibited – Two Counts
- Possession of Marijuana
