1. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (1515) 2600 Block of South Harrison Street, Seaport District
The male victim, 48, got into an argument during which the suspect attacked the victim with an object. The victim disarmed the suspect and police arrived and took the suspect into custody. ARRESTED: Ernesto Hernandez, 68, for assault with a deadly weapon. 
 
2. Pursuit Arrest (1555) Plymouth Road and Country Club Boulevard, Civic District
Officers attempted to stop an occupied stolen vehicle in the listed area. The vehicle failed to yield, leading officers on a short pursuit. The suspect abandoned the vehicle and was taken into custody after a short foot pursuit. ARRESTED: A 14-year-old male for evading, possession of a stolen vehicle, and resisting arrest.
 
3. Robbery (0408) 7900 Block of Lower Sacramento Road, Bear Creek District
The victim was working at the call location when she noticed the two suspects walking out of the business without paying for various items. When the victim confronted the suspects, one suspect sprayed pepper spray toward the victim. The victim was unaffected by the pepper spray and the two suspects fled in an unknown direction.
