Police Seek the Public's Help in Identifying Auto Burglary Suspect
Newark Public Safety Director Fritz G. Fragé requests the public’s help in identifying the below-pictured suspect, possibly a female, in connection with an auto burglary that occurred on Sunday, November 20, 2022.
Police responded to a residence in the 200 block of South 18th Street on a call of a burglary. A suspect entered an unlocked vehicle at approximately 2 a.m. and stole the victim’s personal property, including athletic equipment and tools.
Director Fragé urges anyone with information on the identity of this suspect to call the Division's 24-hour Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS (1-877-695-8477). All anonymous Crime Stopper tips are kept confidential and could result in a reward.
