The pictured heavy-set black male wearing light blue zip-up hoody entered the Family Dollar on the Black Horse Pike at 8 PM on Tuesday, November 22nd and attempted to use counterfeit $20 bills to load funds to his CashApp card. The suspect fled the area prior to police arrival.
