AVOID Ali'i Drive in Kailua-Kona for the next several hours due to traffic incident. Some roads closed. 
The Hawai'i Police Department advises you to AVOID Ali'i Drive due to a current traffic issue. Power lines fell onto Ali'i Drive near Lyman's surf spot closing both lanes of traffic between He'enalu Road and Ho'omaluhia Place, and will require a detour of traffic for the next several hours.
