* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Very strong winds are expected to develop starting late Monday evening as Arctic high pressure strengthens over the Yukon and British Columbia, and a low pressure system moves south over the eastern Gulf of Alaska. Areas where the highest winds are possible include Skagway and Downtown Juneau where 75 mph wind gusts are being forecasted by Tuesday morning.
