Full Notification

On Sunday morning 11/27/22, at about 12:42 a.m., a structure fire was reported at Santa Paula High School. Firefighters responded and are still on scene.  The fire is confined to the girl's gymnasium. No other structures are threatened thus far. 

Fifth St. is closed until further notice between E. Virginia Terrace and E . Santa Paula St. due to firefighting activity. Please avoid driving in this area plan alternate driving routes. 

Several residents on Palm Ct.were evacuated due to a necessary power shutoff.  No damage has been reported to residential structures. Ventura County Office of Emergency Services is working on placement for those who have been evacuated. 

Firefighters from the Ventura County Fire Dept., Fillmore Fire Dept., Ventura Fire Dept., and Oxnard Fire Dept. responded to the structure fire. The fire is under investigation.  An arson Investigator from the Ventura County Fire Dept. and an investigator from Santa Paula P.D. responded.  to the scene.
