**CANCEL MISSING PERSON HAS BEEN LOCATED** 

The Windsor Police Department is asking for the community’s assistance with locating Merid Embaye Haylu. Haylu is an 80-year-old non-English-speaking East African male, who resides in Windsor. Haylu is approximately 5’06” tall, and weighs approximately 170 lbs., with a mustache, as photographed. Haylu has a prosthetic right leg, and he uses the assistance of a cane to walk. He was last seen exiting a Sonoma County Transit bus at Old Redwood Highway at Shiloh Road in Windsor around 6:30 pm on 11/26/2022. Haylu was last seen wearing blue jeans, blue jean jacket, and gray beanie. Haylu is diabetic and insulin dependent.
