Watch Commander’s Night Report - November 26, 2022

TOTAL CAD CALLS: 941
 
1. Weapon Arrest (1510) San Joaquin Street and Hazelton Avenue, Seaport District
Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the listed area. A loaded handgun was located inside the vehicle and the driver was arrested. ARRESTED: Eduardo Zuniga-Sanchez, 18, for weapon charges.
 
2. Weapon Arrest (1521) 1500 Block of South American Street, Seaport District
Officers responded to the area on a disturbance involving a suspect with a gun. Officers located the suspect and he was in possession of a handgun. ARRESTED: Nicholas Bolton, 22, for weapon charges.
 
3. Resisting Arrest (1734) 400 Block of West Weber Avenue, Civic District
Officers responded to a business in the area on the report of a disturbance involving several subjects. When officers arrived, two suspects started fighting. Officers separated the parties, and also detained a juvenile female. The suspects resisted and had to be restrained. The juvenile suspect kicked an officer during the struggle. ARRESTED: #1 juvenile female for battery on an officer, resisting arrest, and battery; #2 Sergio Zuniga, 19, for resisting arrest; #3 Maria Garcia-Olmos, 34, for resisting arrest and public intoxication. 
 
4. Persons Shot (2038) 10000 Block of Sellers Circle, Bear Creek District
The female victim, 40, and a juvenile male victim were inside the residence when unknown suspects fired rounds, striking them. Both victims were taken to local hospitals for non-life-threatening injuries. There is no suspect information at this time. 
 
5. Resisting Arrest (2152) 4700 Block of Pacific Avenue, Lakeview District
Officers responded to a business in the area on the report of a disturbance. Officers contacted the suspect who refused to obey commands. The suspect was taken into custody after a brief struggle. ARRESTED: Jamichael Bush, 33, for resisting arrest and trespassing. 
 
6. Robbery (2300) Sutter Street and Clay Street, Seaport District
The victim, 23, was in the area when the suspects approached. One of the suspects pointed a firearm at the victim and demanded his belongings. The victim complied, and the suspects fled on foot with the victim’s belongings. SUSPECTS: Unknown race males. 
 
7. Person Shot (2340) 600 Block of East Oak Street, Civic District
The male victim, 53, was in the area when he was shot. The victim was transported to a local hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. There is no suspect description at this time. 
 
 
 
 
 
8. Battery on an Officer (2356) 600 Block of East Oak Street, Civic District
While officers were investigating Entry #7, two suspects refused to obey officers’ commands. The suspects resisted and were taken into custody after a brief struggle. ARRESTED: #1 Joseph Gonzalez, 33, for resisting arrest and unrelated warrants; #2 Jennie Ramirez, 34, for battery on an officer, resisting arrest, and an unrelated warrant. 
 
9. Battery on an Officer (0020) 7700 Block of Camellia Lane, Lakeview District
Officers responded to the report of loud music. Officers contacted the suspect who refused to obey commands. The suspect struck two officers during a brief struggle. ARRESTED: Chad Watts, 41, for battery on an officer, resisting arrest, and disturbing the peace. 
 
10. Resisting Arrest (0328) 500 Block of West Acacia Street, Civic District 
Officers responded to a disturbance and contacted the suspect. The suspect refused to leave and was forced to the ground after a brief struggle. ARRESTED: Raina Esquivel, 20, for resisting arrest and trespassing.
