November 23, 2022:

  • Officer Kuhn responded to the 900 block of North West Avenue for an accident involving a pedestrian. The 51-year-old male victim refused medical treatment.
  • Officer Schram made contact with a subject in the 700 block of First Street. A 25-year-old female was detained due to having an outstanding warrant out of MSP Adrian. The female was turned over to troopers in Adrian to be lodged on her outstanding warrant.
  • Officer Davis was dispatched to a personal welfare check in the 1500 block of Plymouth Street. A 27-year-old female was transported to the hospital.
  • Officers responded to the 200 block of Barberry Drive for an overdose. The 35-year-old male subject refused to be transported to the hospital.
  • Sergeant Burkart conducted a traffic stop in the 1000 block of South Milwaukee Street. The 31-year-old male driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated.
  • Officer Goble and Officer Thoresen made contact with subjects near Burr Street and Ellery Avenue. A 25-year-old female was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
November 24, 2022:
  • Officers gave Thanksgiving meals to multiple homeless subjects.
  • Officers responded to a domestic dispute in the 1200 block of Heather Lane. A 19-year-old male was arrested for an outstanding felony warrant.
  • Officer Panther made contact with subjects in the 100 block of West Louis Glick Highway. A 25-year-old male was arrested for possession of narcotics, and multiple outstanding warrants.
November 25, 2022:
  • Officer Baker investigated a breaking and entering report that occurred in the 600 block of West Washington Avenue.
  • Officer Erwin was dispatched to the 200 block of West Prospect Street to assist the Waterford Police Department with locating a stolen vehicle. The vehicle was located, and the owner was notified.
  • Officer Baker responded to the 200 block of Mitchell Street for a breaking and entering report.
  • Officer Morgan was dispatched to the 300 block of Moorman Drive for a disorderly subject with a firearm. The 30-year-old male suspect left prior to officers’ arrival, and was unable to be located.
  • Officer Brooks responded to the 300 block of Union Street for a malicious destruction of property report. The 38-year-old male suspect was arrested for violation of a personal protection order.
November 26, 2022:
  • Officer Debczak investigated a breaking and entering report that occurred in the 200 block of West Wilkins Street.
  • Officer Marcum was dispatched to the 200 block of Cooper Street for a property security check. Three subjects were found squatting in the condemned residence. A 36-year-old male, a 39-year-old male, and a 37-year-old female were issued citations for vacating an unfit building.
  • Sergeant Hibbard conducted a traffic stop at North Perrine Street and East Michigan Avenue. The 18-year-old male driver was arrested for driving while under the influence of narcotics.
  • Officer Tripp conducted a traffic stop near Martin Luther King Jr. Drive and East Wilkins Street. The 40-year-old male driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated; possession of open intoxicants; carrying a concealed weapon; and felon in possession of a firearm.
November 27, 2022:
  • Officers responded to the 300 block of North Perrine Street for shots fired. A residence in the area was struck, and casings were located in the road. The investigation is ongoing.
  • Officer Erwin was dispatched to the 500 block of West Franklin Street to assist the Brownstown Police Department with locating a stolen vehicle. The vehicle was unable to be located.
  • Officer Erwin responded to Kibby Road and Denton Road for a suspicious situation report.
  • Officers were dispatched to the area of South Blackstone Street and West Wilkins Street for a domestic situation. A 37-year-old male was arrested for domestic assault.
  • Officer Schram responded to the 1500 block of Plymouth Street for a personal welfare check. A 27-year-old female was transported to the hospital.
  • Officers responded to the 1800 block of East Michigan Avenue for homeless subjects refusing to leave. A 38-year-old male was arrested for an outstanding felony warrant.
