1. Carjacking Arrest (0550) 700 Block of North Bedford Road, Civic District
The known suspect forced his way into the call location, brandished a handgun at the victim, and demanded the victim’s car and other property. The suspect fled with the victim’s car and property but was located by responding officers. The suspect led officers on a short vehicle pursuit which concluded when the suspect was involved in a collision. The suspect was taken into custody immediately thereafter. Officers recovered a loaded handgun and the victim’s property. ARRESTED: Sean Haggerty, 22 for carjacking, residential robbery, weapons charges, and pursuit charges.
