Sexual Assault Arrest

On 11/28/2022 at 4:45 PM The Janesville Police Department arrested Bryan M Bradley-Hubbard M/B age 25 of Machesney Park, IL for several felony charges relating to child sexual assaults. Bradley-Hubbard is a Naval Recruiter who was assigned to the Janesville Naval Recruitment Office located at 2900 Deerfield Dr. In the fall of 2021, he began recruitment efforts at a local high school where several juvenile females reported inappropriate behaviors.  Bradley-Hubbard used his position as a Naval Recruiter to gain access to these juvenile females and obtain personal information. Several conversations occurred through Snap Chat as well as other social media sources. Bradley-Hubbard was accused of having unwanted sexual contact with at least two juvenile females and attempted sexual contact with another. In each report Bradley-Hubbard told the juvenile females he was 18 years old, when in fact he is 25 years of age, striking up a relationship with them outside of the scope of his recruitment duties.
Bradley-Hubbard was responsible for recruiting at other area schools in the Rock County and surrounding areas. This investigation is ongoing and if anyone has further information to report we encourage you to contact the Janesville Police Department at 608-755-3100 or Janesville Area Crime Stoppers at 608-756-3636.
