Wilmington Police have arrested two men on gun and drug charges following an aggravated menacing complaint.

On November 24 at approximately 2:17 a.m., police responded to the 1300 block of Richards Alley for an aggravated menacing complaint.  Following an investigation, police took 25-year-old Ryan Mullen and 25-year-old Dante Jannuzzio into custody without incident.  Police recovered a 12 gauge shotgun, a 9mm handgun, a .40 caliber handgun, numerous rounds of various ammunition, 4 marijuana plants, 200 vials of marijuana oils, and drug paraphernalia.

Mullen was charged with the following offenses:

• Possession of a Firearm during the Commission of a Felony
• Aggravated Menacing – 2 counts
• Possession of a Firearm by a Person Prohibited
• Possession of Marijuana

He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11 and committed to the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution on $27,600 cash-only bail.

Jannuzzio was charged with the following offenses:

• Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver
• Possession of a Firearm by a Person Prohibited – 2 counts
• Possession of Marijuana
• Possession of a Controlled Substance

He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11 and committed to the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution on $5,800 cash-only bail.
