POWER OUTAGE UPDATE 
The origin of the issue this afternoon was a downed transmission line in Little Silver. As a matter of safety protocol they shut down the substation to repair the transmission line.

Some power has been restored, and the balance will be restored as soon as it safe to resume power from the substation.

We empathize with our residents for this disruption and will continue to work with JCP&L to restore power in as timely a manner as possible.
