Accident W/ Injuries on Hwy 278 at Burnt Church Rd, in Bluffton. Both of the EB far left lanes are blocked. 
An accident with injuries has occurred on Highway 278 at Burnt Church Road, in Bluffton. Both of the eastbound far left lanes of Highway 278 are blocked. In addition, both the left turn lane onto Trimblestone Road, and the westbound turn lane onto Burnt Church Road are blocked. Motorists are advised to use caution, and should expect significant delays when traveling towards Hilton Head Island.
