Residents,

As part of the town’s continuing efforts to address storm-water issues, starting Friday, December 2, 2022 Boswell Engineering will be starting to collect data using a flying drone along the southern limit of the Musquapsink Brook.  The drone flights will start near Sherry Field and work up towards Ridgewood Rd. starting at approximately 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM.   

Should you hear a quiet buzzing/humming noise or see the drone flying overhead please do not be alarmed.  This is a controlled and sanctioned drone flight.  

The drone operator will be walking along the brook in and or near wooded areas.  He will be wearing a high visibility safety vest.  

Possible additional flights will continue next week however, all drone flights are weather pending and for that reason not scheduled for a specific day yet.  Upon notice of next weeks scheduled flights another Nixle message will be relayed.
