An accident has occurred at 501 Lady's Island Dr; The McTeer Bridge, on Lady's Island. Both of the SB lanes heading into Port Royal are blocked. In addition, the northbound left lane heading onto Lady's Island is blocked. Motorists are advised to use caution and should expect significant delays when traveling onto Lady's Island.
