Pasadena PD seeks your help locating Roy Rogers, male black, 25 years old, 6-0, 250lbs, wearing a S/S grey T-shirt, grey or blue cargo pants, brown Croc type shoes and eye glasses. He was last seen at McDonald Park around 1pm. Mr. Rogers has a mental capacity of a 4 year old and suffers from Autism and Epilepsy.
